BEFORE THE RACE:
The registration fee will not be refunded in any circumstances or for any reason. Until 7th September 2020, athletes who are unable to take part in La 30 Trentina 2020 can postpone their registration fees for La 30 Trentina 2021, by sending an e-mail to iscrizioni@sdam.it and paying the secretariat fees of € 15.00 only. The registration fee will not be postponed after this date for any reason. Athletes can choose to postpone the registration fee only once. It is not possible to combine this with other discounted fees.

The timing service will be provided by SDAM using chips to be fixed on the bib.
Athletes who do not wear their chips will not benefit from the timing service and will not appear in the race results (the chip must be fixed on the shoelace). Chips are not transferable.

By registering to La 30 Trentina, athletes expressly award the event organiser (and the legal persons with which it has professional and commercial ties for the recording of images of the event) the right to use any still or moving pictures taken during the event in which they may appear.
The right to use the pictures is awarded free of charge and the pictures may be utilised on any visual media and in promotional and/or advertising materials that are made and broadcasted all over the world, for the maximum time permitted by the laws, regulations and agreements in force, including the possible extension that may be made to the scheduled period. Furthermore, the event organiser may transfer to third parties, institutional and commercial partners the right to use the pictures as set forth in this agreement.

Only if the maximum number of 2,500 enrolled relay teams is not reached, you can register to La 30 Trentina at the Race Office located inside the Palalevico on Saturday, 26 September 2020, from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm, by paying a fee of € 50.00 + charges.

TRANSFER LA 30 TRENTINA REGISTRATION TO THE DUO HALF
On Saturday, 26 September 2020, from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm, athletes can transfer their registration from La 30 Trentina 30-km race to the Duo Half 2X15km race, by paying € 7.00 per athlete only. Both athletes must be already registered to La 30 Trentina 30-km race. Athletes who are not registered to any event and want to form a relay team with another athlete who is already registered must pay € 25.00.
TRANSFER THE REGISTRATION TO ANOTHER ATHLETE
On Saturday, 26 September 2020, from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm, athletes can transfer their registration to a new participant. When registrations are transferred, new participants who are replacing other athletes must provide the documents required to the Secretariat at Palalevico. The secretariat fees of € 7.00 are to be paid to the Secretariat when transferring the registration. Registration transfers via e-mail will not be accepted.

Registration fees are divided into different slots, depending on when you register:
- € 22.00 from 01/03/2020 to 10/04/2020 + charges;
- € 27.00 from 11/04/2020 to 29/05/2020 + charges;
- € 32.00 from 30/05/2020 to 24/08/2020 + charges;
- € 37.00 from 25/08/2020 to 17/09/2020 + charges;
- € 42.00 from 18/09/2020 to 23/09/2020 (until 12:00 midnight) + charges;
- € 50.00 + charges on Saturday, 26/09/2020, from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Race Office at Palalevico, Levico Terme (only if there are still available places)

La 30 Trentina Expo Village will be located at the Palalevico, in Viale Lido 4, Levico Terme. You can visit it on Saturday, 26 September 2020, from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm and on Sunday, 27 September 2020, from 7:15 am to 9:30 am. On Sunday, 27 September 2020, you can visit many expository stands in the arrival area, located on the shores of Lake Levico in Parco Segantini.

If you register online, you will receive a registration confirmation automatically after the successful registration. It will include your bib number. This confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you indicated. We kindly ask you to print this confirmation. As soon as your payment is confirmed (it may take few days, according to the payment method), you will be able to print this confirmation on https://www.endu.net/it/events/la-30-trentina/. The confirmation has to be shown and given at the bib collection.

Race envelopes containing your bib and your chip can be collected at the Race Office, located inside the Palalevico and open on Saturday, 26 September 2020, from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm and on Sunday, 27 September 2020, from 7:15 am to 9:30 am. It is also possible for athletes to delegate someone to collect their race packs and bibs. Delegates must present the registration confirmation and the original documents required by it.

Upon reaching 2,500 enrolled athletes but not later than Wednesday, 23 September 2020, at 12:00 midnight. If the maximum number of 2,500 enrolled athletes is not reached, new athletes can register on Saturday, 26 September 2020, from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Race Office, located at Palalevico, in Levico Terme.

Athletes living in Italy who are at least 20 y.o. (at the time of the competition) can participate if belonging to the following categories: athletes who are members of clubs affiliated with FIDAL in 2018; athletes with Italian Runcard and medical certificate for competitive athletics; athletes who are members of a club affiliated to a Sports Promotion Body (in Athletics), who are in possession of a valid Italian Runcard-EPS and of a medical certificate for competitive athletics.
Athletes living abroad who are at least 20 y.o. (at the time of the competition) can participate, if belonging to the following categories: athletes who are members of foreign federations affiliated with IAAF in 2018. When registering, athletes must declare to be member of the club. The original copy of the self-certification must be signed at the bib collection. Athletes who are in possession of a valid Italian Runcard (also valid as sports insurance and permit to participate) and of a medical certificate for competitive athletics can participate.

Race packs can be collected together with the bibs at the Race Office, located inside the Palalevico and open on Saturday, 26 September 2020, from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm and on Sunday, 27 September 2020, from 7:15 am to 9:30 am.

AT THE STARTING LINE:
Athletes will be assigned to the starting sectors according to the time indicated in the registration form. Athletes with a personal best lower than 1h 32’ 00’’ (half marathon) obtained in the last two years will be positioned in the first starting sector. Other athletes must be positioned in the second starting sector.

La 30 Trentina and Duo Half starting line is located in the heart of Levico Terme, in Via Vittorio Emanuele next to the thermal palace. Participants who registered with a “personal best” lower than 1h 32’ 00’’ must be positioned in the first starting sector. Other athletes must be positioned in the second starting sector, behind the first sector. Participants positioned in the wrong sector will get a 10-minute penalty, which will be added to their final time. The starting area is 600 m away from the Palalevico, where athletes can collect their bibs, and 150 m away from the swimming pool, where bag storage, wc and showers are located.

15 days before the event you can download a detailed map of the starting area from the Download page of the website latrentatrentina.com. When you reach Levico Terme, you will find official signs which will guide you.

Athletes who are not wearing their race bibs will not be admitted at the starting line. Race bibs are not transferable and in such cases disqualification is immediate. Bibs must be worn on the chest and must not be folded, cut, fixed or modified in any manner. For your own safety, we suggest you to write your name and surname on the back of your bib, together with the name, surname, address and telephone number of a contact person.

You can leave your bag at the swimming pool, located 100 m away from the starting area in Levico Terme. Do not put valuable or delicate objects in the bag. The event organiser will accept no responsibility for any missing, lost, stolen and/or damaged items.
Athletes can collect their bags at the swimming pool until 4:00 pm.

The swimming pool is located 800 m away from the arrival area. You can reach it by following a road along the river, specifically marked by a sign. A shuttle service from the arrival area to the swimming pool will be available.

WCs will be located in the starting area, in the Duo Half change area (km 16) and in the arrival area. WCs in the starting area are located inside the swimming pool, which is 100 m away from the starting line.

The race is due to start at 10:00 am in Via Vittorio Emanuele, Levico Terme (Italy). We suggest you to be at the starting line at least 30’ before the race start.

ALONG THE ROUTE:
Refreshment stations will be located at the following kilometres: km 5 / km 8 / km 13.5 / km 16 / km 21 / km 25. After the refreshment station located at km 13.5 you will find food. We suggest you to drink enough water, especially in case of high temperatures. Throw empty glasses and any other waste in the dedicated boxes positioned in the green area just after the refreshment station; it will be useful for the participants who will reach the refreshment station after you.

Two gates will be set up: one at km 16 for athletes who do not pass within 2h 00’ and on at km 21 for athletes who do not pass within 2h 38’. If you reach the gates after these times you will be asked to stop by the staff, but you can finish the race. You will be overtaken by the SAG wagon and the road safety services will not be guaranteed, so you will have to be extremely careful.
We know that asking you to stop is not pleasant, but keep in mind that our staff will do it to guarantee your personal safety, if necessary. After the indicated times, the road will be gradually opened to traffic, according to the authorisation from the Municipality.

In the unfortunate event you decide to quit the race, we kindly invite you to reach the next refreshment stations, where the staff will arrange your transfer to the arrival area.

AT THE FINISH LINE:

In case of illness, including mild illness, you can ask for medical assistance. Physiotherapists will provide massages after the race.

The maximum race time is 3h 45’. Two gates will be set up: one at km 16 for athletes who do not pass within 2h 00’ and on at km 21 for athletes who do not pass within 2h 38’. Personal time and position in the results will be based on the Official time (the time taken to cover the route between the starting line and the finish line).

Showers are located inside the swimming pool, in Levico Terme, near the starting area. The arrival area is 800 m away from the swimming pool. You can reach it by following a road along the river. A shuttle service from the arrival point to the swimming pool will be available.

After the finish line you will find a wide dedicated area where you will get your Finisher medal. Finisher medals will be given to the first 2,000 athletes who arrive at the finish line.

AFTER THE RACE:
You can download your participation diploma and the results from the website sdam.it immediately after the publication of the results.

Results will be available on the day of the event as soon as the runners finish their race. They will be published at the dedicated stand in the arrival area. You can find them on the website sdam.it and on the website www.latrentatrentina.com.
Requests on results must be sent by e-mail to: info@latrentatrentina.com. Any complaints to the results must be made by midnight of 12th October 2020. After that date, the results will be final.
