General information on the Great Race of Lake Levico

Here you can find all the information about the 2nd Great Race of Lake Levico, which will take place in Levico Terme on Friday, 20 July 2018. In the attachments you can find three maps that will help you to find the amazing location and the main areas of the event. We are waiting for you!

MEETING TIME

You should be at the starting area at 5:30 pm.

PARKING

We kindly recommend you to park in the designated parking lots for the athletes.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

You may register on the day of the event and registrations will close upon reaching 800 enrolled participants (competitive race + non-competitive walk). Registration deadline is fixed on 18 July 2018 at 6:00 pm.

REGISTRATION FEES

You may register on the day of the event only if the maximum number of 800 participants is not reached, by paying a registration fee of € 15,00.

STARTING TIME

The competitive race will start at 7:00 pm.

The non-competitive walk will start at 7:05/7:10 pm.

BIB COLLECTION

You may collect your bib at the dedicated area located near the starting point. Bib collection is divided between participants to the competitive race and participants to the non-competitive walk. All bibs are equipped with a timing chip which will register your times and will enable the organising staff to draw up the results list.

T-SHIRT COLLECTION

After collection your bib, you may collect your event T-shirt at the dedicated gazebo. You will receive a meal voucher as well, which will give you the right to buy a sandwich and a bottle of water at the discounted price of € 4,00 or a sandwich and a soft drink at the discounted price of € 5,00.

REFRESHMENT STANDS

There will be two refreshment stands along the course. The first refreshment stand provides water and tea and is located at the midpoint of the course, whereas the second refreshment stand also provides fruit and is located in the arrival area.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Change rooms and showers are located in the starting and arrival area.

VICTORY CEREMONY

Athletes will receive a prize as provided for in the Rules.  Only present athletes will receive a prize. Participants to the non-competitive walk will receive a prize based on a raffle. The victory ceremony will take place at 8:30 pm.

CONCERT

At 9:00 pm a concert will take place in the starting and arrival area.
